How to work together?

The qualities that are lacking in the Muslim Ummah include working together. Today, I will tell you the important points of the companions of Jesus from the Holy Qur’an, thanks to which their mission of Deen Haqq is today. While the number of his disciples was only 12 when he was taken up to heaven. If you want to have a good team work whether for religious or worldly mission, then follow these principles.

I chose verse 52 of Surah Aal Imran for this .

Then when Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) felt their disbelief, he said, “Who is my helper in the way of Allah?” The apostles replied, “We are helpers in the way of Allah. Be a witness that we are submissive.

Principle No 1:

When you want to accomplish any worldly development or reformation goals and take it to a large scale, do it yourself first. Because Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) did not start forming a party as soon as he came, but first he himself did the work of reforming this world and the hereafter. The indication of the same thing is given in one word of this verse( فَلَمَّاۤ_ and then). That is, some work was going on, after that friends were added.

Principle No. 2:

When should we team up?

No one else can handle your own cause as well as you can, but when you are sure that it is for the good of humanity and you have enemies who cannot see you succeeding, then do it.

In order to reach the end, include these people in this responsibility as it is mentioned in this verse (Fallamama ahss Isa minhaum al-kufir then when Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) felt their disbelief.

Rule No. 3:

When bringing people together to talk or do something, make the purpose clear. The clearer the reason for working, the more solid the foundation and the more tenacity. As Jesus (peace be upon him) said here: “Who will help me in the way of Allah?” • Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) did not call for his help but called for the goal. Because the reward of every selfless work is kept from Allah or from the hereafter and these are the very solid foundations of any work, if they are not there, the work is affected. The foundation of the disciples of Jesus (peace be upon him) was based on this and it is such a strong foundation that thanks to it, Christianity is still alive today.

Rule No 4:

At the beginning of the work, both the leader and the team should acknowledge that they agree to the work and the conditions, such as taking an oath. If the matter is about the worldly mission, then a person should admit that he only wants to benefit as much as he is entitled to, not be greedy and want the good of humanity. Just as the disciples of Jesus (peace be upon him) took an oath (Qal-al-Hawari-i-n-nah-an-ansar-ul-Allah–the apostles replied that we are helpers in the way of Allah, the Exalted)

Rule No. 5:

Be absolutely sure of loyalty before starting work/mission. Do not be suspicious.

In this verse, the disciples are claiming to believe in Allah after taking the oath, why? After promising to help in the way of Allah, how is this claim now?

For example, there is a question. If you are helping someone to achieve a goal and you do not believe in that person or his character or the nature of work and you start working, then what will happen? You will be a victim of doubts step by step, sometimes whispers and sometimes situations.

In this way, two things will happen, either you will leave this work very soon or else the work will continue but its quality will be affected.

For example, if you have doubt about the personality or work of the leader, you will leave the work and start researching this person. This will be effected the work

the disciples said (Amanna bi-Allah_ We believe in Allah Ta’ala) from the heart. What do you mean? That Allah is trustworthy because He is always alive and will remain. He is not unjust towards His servants. His every decision is the best. And the second belief of the Hereafter is that I have to work hard and the result is in the hands of Allah, even if it is not in this world, it will be found in the Hereafter. This principle gives man perseverance.

Rule No. 6:

Tasks and responsibilities should be divided, each person should do his work with full trust without any objection. Because the disciples claimed (And bear witness that we are obedient)

“Muslims ,call the camel whose nickel is in the hands of its owner and he can take it wherever he wants”

Having this level of trust in your leader is essential for successful teamwork.

For successful teamwork, qualities of good team members.

A leader must consider these qualities in his team members while forming his team.

These are the characteristics that were prominent among the disciples of Jesus.

It is mentioned in Surah Al-Imran verse 53.

“O our Lord God! We believed in your revealed revelation and we followed your Messenger, so write us among the witnesses.”

First feature:

The member you select should be a “positive thinker”. His heart should not be filled with revenge and negative thoughts. Rather, he should have a good understanding of your goal and be helpful in your difficulties. Because of their characteristics, the helpers of Jesus (peace be upon him) are called “Apostles, meaning white-hearted”.

Other features:

The member is fully aware of your purpose and their conditions and is also obliged to accept these conditions. If there is no leader, then they are the ones who call with a heart to the law that they make, as if they have perseverance in them. After the departure of the leader, they should not suffer from ill-feeling. The same feature is mentioned in this verse of the Holy Qur’an (Rabbana amanna bima anzallrta_O our guardian God! We believe in your revealed revelation). Here the revelation refers to those orders and conditions. There are those who give leaders.

Third feature:

Choose such a person as a member who can work under the leader. If the team members do not follow the leader and start following their own opinion, then such teamwork will never be successful. As in this verse. It is mentioned (وَ تَّبَعْنَا الرّسُوْلَ_ We followed your Messenger) as if the disciples acted in obedience to Jesus (peace be upon him).

Last feature:

If your goal is the welfare of humanity, then choose such members who hope for compensation from Allah and the Last Day. Such a person will work wholeheartedly as mentioned in aayah (فَاکۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ الشّٰہِدِیۡنَ_, so register us among the witnesses [to truth].”
